"I have experienced Kaila's artistry from early on in her career as we went to High School together and she would do my hair and make up for many dances in the past, including prom. My experience with her work, is why there was no question as to who would be helping me with my wedding hair and makeup (i knew this way before I ever was engaged)! As soon as I got engaged she was the first one I reached out to, and I even used her availability to pick my wedding date! Kaila has always been a wonderful hair and makeup artist, and has only gotten better with time and experience! "Kaila was great to work with! I know next to nothing about doing my hair or makeup but Kaila was able to work with me and make sure I looked beautiful while also myself! She had perfect timing when it came to getting everybody ready on time and was so easy to talk with through the whole process!! At first I thought I wanted to go with someone who did airbrushing but I'm glad I went with Kaila's "signature application". It was in the high 90s the day of the reception and my make up stayed on perfectly throughout the night while feeling like I was barely wearing any! I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on how "flawless" my skin looked and how great my hair was. I'm so happy I found someone that took care of both so wonderfully and didn't have to worry about coordinating between my hair person and make up person. Her prices were also incredibly reasonable compared to some of the costs others charge. I would definitely recommend Kaila to any interested brides! "
"I Loved working with Kaila for my maternity session makeup! I’m super picky and usually don’t like when other people do my makeup - it’s always overly done and I don’t feel like I look like myself. I expressed this to Kaila, gave her some ideas of what I liked and didn’t like, and she took those ideas and brought them to life. She really excelled at picking colors to accentuate my eye color, which I especially loved! She is a true artist and amazing at what she does! Having Kaila as a Hair and Make Up Artist, both for creative portraiture modeling, and pageant competition H&MU lessons was everything I could’ve hoped for and more!
